Qubiq Interactive ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Sort to Live mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Anonymous Usage Data

When you install and play Sort to Live, we automatically collect limited gameplay data to improve the game experience:
  • Anonymous User Token: A randomly generated identifier is created for each app installation. This token cannot be linked to your personal identity.
  • Level Progression Data: We collect information about your gameplay performance, including:
    • Level ID (which levels you've played)
    • Level completion status (won/lost)
    • Score achieved in each level

Optional Feedback

When you choose to use the "Send Feedback" feature in the app, we collect:
  • Feedback Message: The text message you voluntarily submit
  • Anonymous User Token: Your randomly generated identifier (to help us understand feedback context)

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:
  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Device identifiers that could identify you personally
  • Location data
  • Contact information
  • Photos, camera, or microphone access
  • Social media account information

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected anonymous data solely to:
  • Analyze gameplay patterns to improve game balance and difficulty
  • Identify popular levels and gameplay features
  • Fix bugs and technical issues
  • Enhance the overall player experience
  • Respond to and analyze user feedback to improve the game

Data Storage and Security

  • Gameplay data and feedback are transmitted to us via email and stored on third-party email servers (ChemiCloud)
  • Data is transmitted using standard encryption protocols
  • Your anonymous token cannot be traced back to your personal identity
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect collected data
  • Email data is subject to the security measures of our email service provider

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your gameplay data with third parties. The anonymous usage data is used exclusively for internal game improvement purposes.

Data Retention

Anonymous gameplay data and feedback messages are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to improve the game experience. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

Sort to Live is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we only collect anonymous gameplay data, no personal information is gathered from players of any age.

Your Rights

Since we only collect anonymous data that cannot be linked to your identity:
  • You can delete and reinstall the app to generate a new anonymous token
  • You can contact us to request general information about our data practices
  • You can request deletion of data associated with your anonymous token
  • You have the right to request access to any information we may have about your anonymous token
  • You can withdraw consent for future data collection by uninstalling the app

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

Compliance
